My editor wrote to congratulate me yesterday that THE SECRET SIDE OF EMPTY has been nominated for a YALSA Quick Pick for Reluctant Readers. Yay! As they say in “the biz,” it’s an honor just to be nominated. Winners will be announced at the American Library Association Midwinter conference in January, so watch this space in case there is happy news!
