First of all

I have a tendency, especially when I’m angry, of starting with, “First of all…”  “First of all” usually turns into a long harangue, at which point I’m kind of spent, so that I wander around verbally, confused about my argument.

This is the point at which my daughter usually asks, “Is there a second of all?”

There’s nothing like someone who knows your rhetorical weaknesses.

Also, PS, there is rarely a second of all.
