Today I was lucky enough to visit Passaic County Technical Institute in New Jersey to talk about my book to a great group of students. Such fun! We had a great, wide-ranging talk that covered topics from presidential politics to the best time of day to write to everything in between. When that was done, I was invited to lunch at the restaurant run by the school’s culinary institute. Wow! Everything was so delicious and the service was better than most of the fancy restaurants I’ve visited.
