In What's New, Writing

Today I was honored and delighted to learn that THE SECRET SIDE OF EMPTY has been chosen as one of Wichita Public Library’s Companion Titles for Young Readers for their Big Read, which is going on from October 1st through November 15th. Their theme is that of immigration and culture and they’ve got a full calendar of amazing events. The Big Read is a program of the National Endowment for the Arts and is managed by Arts Midwest.

If you’re in the Wichita area, you don’t want to miss this. Click here to read all about it and find out how you can get involved.

And a big shout-out to all the readers in Wichita who will be reading TSSoE! Thank you!
